Off-Limits Topics: None, so long as things are labeled in the subject header or discussed prior to their mention OOCly. I don't enjoy playing those kinds of scenes out, but I take them on a case by case basis. When in doubt, just ask, worst I can say is "no" for a particular scene. I will not, however, write out incest of any kind.

Additional Notes / Minor Headcanon
While I tend to avoid headcanon where I can, and tend to stick to as close as possible to canon, I do have some. These affect his overall character very little in the grand scheme of things.
Playstyle Preference
β While never confirmed if he needs them or not, Oikawa is shown to be wearing glasses during the finals match between Karasuno and Shiratorizawa. I personally play him as needing them or wearing contacts.
β As Aoba Johsai/Seijoh is a private high school, it's not impossible to assume that Oikawa comes from some degree of money due to how much private schools can and do cost. (Later manga content lends a little extra evidence to why I choose to play him like this.)
β I consider the Extra Chapters from the manga as Canon. For example, Oikawa and Kuroo are shown interacting with one another in a few of the extras and can be assumed to know each other at some point during high school.
β Although not confirmed which city in Miyagi Prefecture he's from or lived in (though a translation of an interview with Furudate states Aoba Johsai is likely in Sendai), I play Oikawa as having lived and gone to school in Sendai itself.
Regarding Popular Headcanon
β I don't enjoy the "alien obsessed" headcanon that's widely accepted by fandom, and won't be playing into it. Perhaps some star knowledge, but nothing more than that. This is partially to avoid IC/OOC bleed due to my own adoration and obsession of space, partially due to my dislike in general of the headcanon as a whole.
β I will not be playing into the non-canon popular knee injury headcanon, and I play Oikawa using the white knee pad as a support rather than for previous injury primarily due to how Iwaizumi fusses over his health.
β I'm not a fan of "flattykawa" jokes or the flat butt headcanon and will not be playing into it at all.
β I don't enjoy the "terrible cook" headcanon, but I'm willing to make a compromise with this one in PSLs or games where I haven't had Oikawa cook yet.
Most Importantly
Although this should definitely be obvious that IC β OOC, Oikawa can be antagonistic towards others, especially those he hates or is jealous of. This is not me being catty or rude, it is Oikawa being a dick out of petty jealousy.

How much is Oikawa allowed to observe about your character? Even if it's just an internal mental note?
Oikawa is highly observant and perceptive, both as an athlete and in general daily life, able to easily read emotions of others and their moves on the court. He is also, through this skill, able to bring out the best and maximum potential in anyone he plays with on the court. I'd like to avoid stepping on toes where possible, so let me know how much he's allowed to make a note of.

Do you wish to opt out of any manga related information, including revealed information from flashbacks in later chapters?
Because the Haikyuu anime isn't finished yet and I myself am fully caught up on the manga, events and discussions that happen during the main series but were yet to be revealed are things Oikawa may be aware of. For example, he is shown watching the Spring Tournament and would know who won it.
